Thanksgiving week- GF/Poly/WL??

Right now we have a courtyard view room book at the WL for Nov 21-27 but can get the GF or the POLY. We have always wanted to stay at the Poly and have been to the lodge a few times during the holidays and its great. The only thing holding us back from the Poly is the decorations- is it nice during the holidays ? Are there decorations? We just dont want to be dissapointed. We were also thinking about the GF but we're very casual people IDK if the resort is best for us? Maybe a split stay?? What should we do??? Money is not a deciding factor.

Don't let the decorations hold you back. You can always "visit" WL while you are there. We went one year the week they started decorating for Christmas. I have to admit GF was beautiful!! And don't worry, the CM's aren't uppity or snooty as you would imagine. I thought service was great. I understand what you mean about the decorations at WL, they are beautiful. But if you have always wanted to stay at GF or Poly I think you should go for it. Sorry, I can't give you any feedback on the decorations at Poly. We've stayed there, but not during Christmas. Great resort though and easy access to the monorail. But my choice would be GF all the way!!
