Thanksgiving surcharge dates?

Does any one know what dates are affected by the seasonal upcharge around Thanksgiving? We were thinking of adding a buffet and paying OOP on the Saturday before (Nov 20th) and wanted to know how much it would be. Either Cape May or Chef Mickey breakfast if that matters.
