Thanksgiving or week before Christmas?

We usually go to WDW for Thanksgiving, arriving on Wednesday before and leaving on Monday after. I'm considering switching our trip to the week before Christmas, arriving Saturday, December 16 and leaving on Friday, December 22. Which do you think will be the busiest in the parks?
