Thanksgiving menus?

I called Disney Dining today and didn't get much help with this question so I will ask it to the very knowledgable DISers.

I know that some restaurants will have special Thanksgiving meals. But do most stick by their usual menus? We are planning on going to Epcot for Thanksgiving and hoping to dine somewhere in the World Showcase. We are thinking of Chefs, Tutto's, or Rose and Crown and I would think their menus would be the same as any other day. Does anyone know for sure?

Also I have seen other posts that recommend Boatwrights. Will this be a traditional Thanksgiving meal? We are staying at POFQ so that would sure be convienent.

Just depends upon the specific eatery.
. . . some have only their own menu, with no Thanksgiving food
. . . some have their own menu, with a Thanksgiving food option
. . . some only have Thanksgiving food, with no regular menu items
