Thanksgiving is coming... where will we eat?

I know with 5 boys they love to eat so buffets or family style works great!

Oh you all are the best...I have sent a few emails and the menu to WC as well. Let's see what kind of decisions we can get back. I, personally, happen to be drooling over the WC menu right now.

Next question: How hard will it be to get reservations at the 180 day mark?

And then I saw mention of STAY AWAY FROM THE PARKS... all parks? I know I heard MK is terrible but didn't know the others might be as well....

We were in AK the first half of the day on Thanksgiving and then went to Epcot that night. It wasn't that bad. I have a feeling that when the 90 day mark hits (no longer 180) the lines are going to be JAMMED with people calling to make ADRs.

All ears has their listing of the 2007 retaurants that offered Thanksgiving meals. There aren't menus listed but this should give an idea of which restaurants we'll be able to choose from and a ballpark for prices.

BTW-the Trails end looks like a bargain if you're not on the DDP and FW would probably be a great place to be on Thanksgiving.

I am seriously a little worried about getting Thanksgiving week ressies. I am going with my kids and my parents (DH will be in Iraq- poo), so we will always need a 6-top table. :headache: So far we have on our list: WCC for T-day, 9 Dragons for Epcot's CP package, Teppan Edo, Crystal Palace, Cape May and maybe Chef Mickey's, but I'm not sure. I could easily skip that and do something different, like Prime Time. I also want to take the kids to the Ohana character breakfast (not part of our dining plan, as we are spending the 1st 3 nights at Shades of Green...but I'll pay OOP for it). so I don't have any SUPER hard ones like CRT or le Cellier but still.

We are thinking T-Rex cafe as you can do dining res. there 6 months out I believe and Thanksgiving is our arrival day so off the plane, check in at Pop and straight to DTD!!!!

Thanks for posting this. I may have to rethink my T-day plans. Right now, I cannot justify paying adult prices for my 10yo DD (will be 2 weeks shy of 11 on our trip), and looking at the holiday offerings, I think we will be looking off site. I was hoping to do a regular ala carte resort restaurant that day (not going to the parks), but even those seem to be very limited. Ah, the joys of a young "adult"!
