We are looking to go to DLP for thanksgiving this year and was hoping for some pros and cons for that time of year. We are going for the lower cost and that our son and myself will not miss that much school/work. But if it that bad a time to go I will consider other times also. Thanks in advance.

As we don't celebrate Thanksgiving in Europe the end of November is likely to be pretty quiet, especially if are planning to visit mid-week. Not sure of the date of Thanksgiving exactly but it may get a bit busier at the weekend after as the Christmas Season may be due to start,

That's what I was hoping being our kids have off school but they don't we would do Disney Sunday thru Wenesday then a few nights in paris itself. The big factor is weather. Not worried about the cold as much as snow and if it closes the parks and/or rides often that time of year.

Snow won't be an issue, it rains. As long as you have some waterproof gear you'll be fine

The Christmas season will be well underway - it usually starts about the 2nd weekend in November. Weekends will be really busy in the park because of this but week days shouldn't be too bad.
As for the weather it could be anything - it may snow but doesn't often in November but could be cold, wet, foggy etc. Wrap up well with lots of layers as it gets warm in the shops, restaurants etc and make sure you have good waterproof shoes.
The park was designed with the weather in mind so lots of queue areas are covered and there are a lot of indoor shows in the studios especially if its really bad
