Anyone have any suggestions for where to eat at WDW for Thanksgiving?

I found the buffet at Trails End this past Xmas to be reasonable and wonderful---they also serve it from lunch on as opposed to some holiday meals which seat starting at around 4pm

I hope you are looking for counter service. If you have yet to make an ADR for Thanksgiving, you may be out of luck. This is a very popular time with locals as well as out of town visitors.

WE usually eat at Liberty Tree or The Garden Grill b/c they have "Thanksgiving-ish" meals. Planet Hollywood served the traditional turkey dressing, etc.

BTW, I'll wave if I see you there.

I went on a short notice trip at Thanksgiving in 2004. I remember when calling to see if there were any ADR's available (about two weeks prior), the CM said the only restaurant with any seating on Thanksgiving day (in all of WDW) was San Angelo Inn and I needed a credit card to hold the booking.

I agree. the OP may have better luck looking offsite at this point.

Thanks everyone. Yes, I know it is very last minute. And to add a little bit more info, we have 13 in our party!!!

Anyway, I called WDW and the only thing they had available is at Hollywood and Vine, which is an American-style buffet. I've never eaten there. How is it?

I always enjoy h & V. I would quick book it. The food isn't fancy but I am sure they will have turkey. They have a corn bread thing that is to die for (imo). I will be doing a Fantasmic package there on Sunday (after you). Ask them if thats available and you can have reserved seating for Fantasmic, a nice way to end the day.

If you're willing to go to a resort, back in 2002 I made last minute reservations at Maya Grill at Coronado Springs (I called a day before T-giving). The food was really good and so was the service. It may be busier now than back then, but it may be worth giving it a try.

Hey, Pam - we are also doing Thanksgiving Dinner at Artist Point. This will be our first time ever dining there (I know the menu is set for that day). We are excited.

As an FYI for those who may want to return next year, I usually book my Thanksgiving meal ADR in August - and still seating is limited at some places.
