If you could get any ADR for that "traditional" Thanksgiving feel where would you go? Where would you go with adventurous kids that might b outside of the box?

I am not sure that "Adventurous" and "Traditional" go hand in hand in regards to Thanksgiving dining, but if I had to give it a shot, I would suggest Artist Point in the Wilderness Lodge. In my family we have all our Christmas decorations up to but not including my dining area completed, so we do have a mix of Christmas and Fall decor out. WL probably does not have the Fall decor remaining but it will feel very festive and homey. I honestly do not know if there is a traditional Thanksgiving offering there, but you will be able to order soem interesting meals.

We actually choose not to have a traditional Thanksgiving meal when we are in Disney for that Holiday. I know that no matter how good the meal would be, it is not mine, so we do something as different as possible. The luau was fun!

I think the only place that will have a "traditional" Thanksgiving feel would be LTT in MK (but the food isn't great, IMHO). I agree with the PP on Artist Point. WL is absolutely gorgeous and Artist Point is one of the best signatures on property. They serve fine, American, regionally inspired foods.

If you wanted traditional thanksgiving meal, you could go to Liberty Tree tavern, Garden Grill, or 50s Prime Time. I have eaten at 50s before for thanksgiving. They have the typical thanksgiving meal. I think Hollywood and Vine may also have an offering. As the previous posters have stated, if you wanted something a little different, then Artist Point would be a great option. WL decorations are very homey and christmas. We have eaten at Artist Point multiple times for Christmas dinner and will be again this year. It is one of the better signatures on property.

I love Garden Grill! It has the best "traditional" foods, and I love the scenery (the farmhouse second from the rear is a treat!).

Adventurous is in the eye of the beholder. For us, with a very picky DD, Teppan Edo was quite the experience. And we loved every bite. We'd never been to that kind of restaurant, though, so I don't know if there are better restaurants of that type out there.

Have a great time!

Liberty Tree dinner is very traditional. Last year I tried daily to find a reservation there with no luck. This year I was ecstatic to find one!
We ate at Cape May last year and would have returned again this year.
I'd check out The Wave. It was on our list of possibilities last year. I think they have a buffet for Thanksgiving with a variety of foods (some that I felt were a little too outside the box for my kids!). If you call closer to Thanksgiving the CM's can read the entire menu.

Last year we did Be Our Guest for thanksgiving dinner.
If I had to pick for next year I would want to be at Fort Wilderness. I'd love a rustic meal, drive home the history lesson to kids, feel a bit pilgrimmy...
Murica!

Are you planning for this year or next? It's a little late to get a reservation for most of the popular TS restaurants in WDW Thanksgiving this year, but maybe you are really planning ahead! In that case, make your Thanksgiving reservation a priority when securing your ADR's.

I'd go with LTT for the most traditional Thanksgiving meal. Many of the restaurants will offer traditional Thanksgiving food as a dinner option on Thanksgiving, though. If you're looking for adventurous and traditional Thanksgiving in the same restaurant, Sanaa might be a good choice. They have their regular menu on Thanksgiving as well as a Thanksgiving menu.
