Thanksgiving Day Options

Just looking to see if anyone has some off property ideas for Thanksgiving dining options. We already have an adr on property, just looking for other options...

We have eaten at House of Blue on Thanksgiving day before. We had the turkey and stuffing(with a slight hint of Cajun seasoning) The turkey as I remembered, was moist and flavorful. My boys shared the baby back ribs because the entree was huge(especially after having 3 appetizers among the 4 of us) Worth a try!!

If you are looking totally off property like along Highway 192, keep in mind that many places are closed on Thanksgiving. Found that out the hard way when we pulled into Longhorn Steakhouse restaurant with a huge lit sign out front but an empty parking lot and locked doors. Ended up at Ruby Tuesday's down the road.

This year, we're doing counter service at Disney World because we know those are open.

We are going to Villa de Flora at the Gaylord Palms Resort. They have a fabulous Thanksgiving buffet. We will also be seeing "ICE" while we are there. The phone for dining reservations is 407-586-1114.
