Thanksgiving day - Coral Reef? Buffets?

Was looking at the menus from Thanksgiving 2008, trying to decide for this Thanksgiving what we may like.
Anyone do Coral Reef for Thanksgiving? Have wanted to eat there, but not a fan of seafood, so thinking Thanksgiving may be our chance to try it out!

Otherwise, thinking about 1900 Park Fare, Crystal Palace or Chef Mickey's. How are the character buffets for Thanksgiving?

We love Garden Grill, so that is an option for us also.

Also, the characters are returning to Liberty Tree Tavern - this is where my family usually had Thanksgiving if we were down there for it - it is the perfect atmosphere!

Are you saying the characters are returning to LTT for good or just for Thanksgiving? I hadn't seen that announcement anywhere.

We love Garden Grill, so that is an option for us also.

All buffets will serve a traditional thanksgiving dinner with other items on the buffet.

I'd go for whatever restaurant you're more interested in, as the food will be somewhat the same wherever you go. Also keep in mind that the TS restaurants will have a pre-fixed menu that day. Not all items from their daily menu will be available.

I say go with where you plan to be that day. We avoid the parks on Thanksgiving day and stay out our resort or resort hop. We also have Thanksgiving dinner at a resort restaurant.

The hardest part is getting an ADR for Thanksgiving day at a decent time.

For Thanksgiving 2010, we want to do a character dinner. We are thinking about Chef Mickey's. Did you end up going to one of the above restaurants? How was it? thanks
