Hi!

We will be at Disney over Thanksgiving week and in fact Thanksgiving Day is also my son's birthday. If you have been to Disney during Thanksgiving, where would you suggest we eat? We'd like to do the traditional Turkey thing. Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Tracey

Can't help since we stay away from Disney Turkey. We've done HDDR, House of Blues and Raglan Rd(will be there again this year).

Though both HOB and RR offer a turkey dinner on Thanksgiving day along with their regular menu.

My favorite for Thanksgiving and year round is Crystal Palace. Also a great place for a Birthday! :)
Many will tell you Liberty Tree Tavern. It was our least favorite. I felt like I was eating a TV dinner meal.:guilty: YUCK

Here is The Dis link to menus.

LTT @ MK is always all you care to eat Thanksgiving fare. It's not the best meal on property, but is certainly an acceptable meal.. We've eaten there several times (for the characters in the good ol days) & never been disappointed. The food is fresh & tasty & is what it is. They do serve Stouffers mac & cheese, which some people like & some people hate. Other than that they serve turkey, pork, roast beef, potatoes, gravy, salad, dressing, a veg, rolls, & apple crisp ala mode for dessert.

We did Thanksgiving at the Fort (it is normally Mickey's Backyard Barbeque except with traditional Thanksgiving food) last year for lunch on Thanksgiving Day. My then-seven year old loved it--loved the food (I think she had 4 helpings of the stuffing :scared1:), loved dancing with the characters, loved playing all the games like hula hoop, lawn bowling, etc. I just asked her about it again and she said "It was awesome mom." I thought the food was fine--not OMG good, but there was nothing bad about it. I am not a country music fan, so the singers, rope trick guy, etc. were just "ok" to me, but she liked it. I am glad we did it once, but I would not want to use two TS credits to go again.

This year we are going to have dinner at Chef Mickey's on Thankgiving Day. Just made the ressie this morning! Good luck!

Made my reservation for Chef Mickey's for Thanksgiving Dinner also, should be a great time, we are having breakfast at Ohana. I had to call them to make the reservation for dinner, it was not working online this morning.

We went to Crystal Palace last year and loved it also 1900 Park Fare in the past and loved it. Least favorite was Whispering Canyon 3 years ago.
