Today I'm down 14.5 lbs (8.5 since joining WISH). For the heck of it I decided to try on some shorts that hadn't fit in quite a while and they FIT!!!! COMFORTABLY!! I was beyond excited and it's so motivating to see your hard work paying off. I still have a long way to go but I wanted to say thanks to everyone for all your motivation. I am so inspired by all of the posts here. Everyone is working so hard to become more healthy and I am so proud to be a member of such a fabulous group of people!
