hey, just wanted to say thanks for posting how to make it work (after I posted that I hated it). works much better now, and (gasp) I might actually like it now. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: maggie

Maggie, it sounds like a wonderful idea in theory, so I am glad to read you are now happier in real life! I need to slow down my daily life, so I can get back to scrapbooking!

Maggie, could you link to that thread...I want to make sure I am doing it correctly...sometimes I still have difficulty...MM eyelets seem very HARD to set...anyone else???
TTFN...... :sunny:

I'm glad I could offer some advice.

I don't have the link to the other thread, but I suggest that you just press hard over a very sturdy surface (I put my mat over the leg portion of my table). I don't try to twist the tool at all. For me, I stand up, put both my hands on the top, lean into it, and press. It works every time on every type of eyelet I've tried. Rarely, I will need to hit it with a hammer (usually if I'm doing a lot of setting I will need to do this to make sure since I get tired ;) ). I hope this helps.

:dancer:SHE BANGS! SHE BANGS!!! :dancer:

Sorry!! I couldn't resist!!! I'll NEVER give up my hammer!!! No matter how much my family whines about it!!! :goodvibes
