When we last visited Old Key West in DisneyWorld, with two rambunctious kids in tow, the Front Desk staff at OKW made the wait tolerable by offering the kids animal balloons (and even let each kid pick a Disney button). To those kids it meant the world. For us, it helped focus the kids and calm them down.
