She called me to let me know that there had been a cancellation for a Grand Gathering event I had been wanting to book (and have been calling on every day for the past few weeks). First time a reservation CM has actually called me. It is true that her computer crashed in the middle of checking for availability for that event the evening before. However, she could have simply said, "Sorry, you'll have to call back tomorrow." Instead, she promised to call back the next day when her system was up and running again. True to her word, she did, and with the happy news that my event had opened up. She was also one of the friendliest GG CMs I've talked to. Here's to you, Liza!
