Wanted to write a quick Thanks to FL Tours - we used them one way on our trip last week, and they were GREAT!
I had some confusion when I made the reservation on their website - I called and left a message for them, and they got back to me in less than 30 mins. Answered all my questions, fixed the mistake I'd made on the reservation.
Then the day we left, I called again to confirm the pickup that morning - this time, they returned the call in less than 10 minutes, even though they had trouble getting through the BCV phone receptionist!
The service was great, the car was beautiful!
We went to Epcot the morning we left, and walked back to BCV at 11am - FL Tours was ready and waiting for us - we only had to wait for the bags to be pulled from the bellman, and we were in the car and on our way to the airport.
I would not hesitate to use FL Tours again, and I highly recommend them to everyone on the boards!
