I guess we will write a more formal letter after we're done unpacking, but I wanted to thank this wonderful manager right away! We were going to switch from one 2 BR villa to another because the room we were assigned was noisy and keeping the kids up at night. We were told a more quiet villa was put on hold for us and we could check in that afternoon. We spent 2 hours packing up our things from the old villa and when we came back from the parks we found out that the new 2 BR that had been put on hold for us was given to someone else! Not only that but the only room left was a studio (not large enough to accomodate our party) Brian stepped in and turned what could have been a disastrous situation into one we were happy with. We ended up having a wonderful vacation thanks to his intervention. I don't think he could have handled this truly difficult situation any better and I have renewed faith in Disney. Brian is truly an excellent manager.

So, thanks for saving our vacation Brian! We have very many happy memories from this trip, instead of bitter ones!
