Hi folks,
Just back from 2 weeks in Orlando with family and had great time, ran 4.33 for 1st marathon took my time enjoyed and finished comforatably and if not for a 8 minute delay for toilet break would have broken 4.30 , all this 3 days after 40th birthday wish i had done a marathon sooner.
My daughter also ran the Mickey mile.
Just to say thanks i run and train solo as i like to run early in morning and my local running club is at night so i picked up a lot of my training tips from on here and would like to thank you all for the tips and encouragement (much apprieciated) especially coach Charles.
Thats it just to say i will run the Edinburgh marathon here in Scotland this year one in England in autumm now i have the bug and see you all next year at Disney marathon.
I will keep on this boards for more tips and once again i am very grateful.
