Thanks for the HHI restaurant list, Dean!

My family and I appreciate the restaurant recommendations you gave us last week. We went to HHI over the weekend, and The Old Oyster Factory was as good as you said.

DW had a seafood medley en croute, which was very good. I had an almond crusted mahi mahi, which was a little on the dry side, but also good. The DD (8) and friend had a kid pizza.

The service was attentive and relatively fast, considering the crowd on a Saturday night. But the best thing was the view - spectacular! Too bad it was an overcast evening, or we could have enjoyed the sunset. At any rate, we had a window table overlooking the marsh, which peaceful and beautful. The kids were thrilled to be able to see the Disney resort from there. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience I would recommend without hesitation. We'll be going back.

Glad you enjoyed it. That's one of our favorite FAMILY places. The second to the last time we were there we got to see some SUV float away. Apparently they were trying to load a boat and got it too far back or stalled it. They worked and worked with it sitting on the ramp but the tide coving in kept rising. It was funny in a way but I felt sorry for the guy who's vehicle it obviously was.
