Bit the bullet and decided to use ME to/from MCO and pick up a rental at CCC the day after our arrival, with drop off at CCC the day before we leave. Using code 6600422 and the $35 National coupon, our rental will cost $220 including taxes and fees. Big diff from a low of $433 to pick up/drop off at MCO. Thanks to all who made this suggestion.
