DS's commissioning was very emotional. We also went a little crazy trying to find a silver dollar for the silver dollar salute. DS told us about it a few days before the commissioning. A three star general from the Army was the speaker. It was a joint Air Force/Army commissioning ceremony.

DS has to report to Edward's AFB by July 7. He got a call tonite from a Lt. Colonel who told him he will probably be working on the JSF project. He is very very exciting. His dad and I are very proud. We don't go anywhere without our AF Parent Pins. Dh is constantly being asked about it at work.

Well he is on his way. The movers came and packed his stuff on Tuesday. He was on the road yesterday and went from NJ and stopped in Ohio. Today he plans on stopping in Kansas. He needs to be in CA by July 6th.
