Hi - I am so happy that there is a 10% discount for DVC members for merchandise. It always annoyed me that AP holders would get a discount but DVC members did not. In particular it annoyed me at DVC resorts. This summer we were at HHI and AP holders got the discount but not DVC members - that made no sense to me and made me feel members were not appreciated (why would AP holders be treated better?)

I am also happy about the new AP discount.

I liked the preview video of new benefits. To me Claire comes across as genuine and really trying to improve things for members, which I really appreciate.

This is great news. We are going to WDW in December and hadn't purchased MYW tickets yet. It will pay to just buy the new AP's from DVC instead (and maybe return to WDW again in the next year...) But we'll hold off, hoping that
DVC will soon offer a discount for Premier Annual Passes or at least drastic discounts on Disneyland APs. We live in California and the discount for Disneyland Resort passes is pitifully small and we'd like to take advantage of that kind of offer if it comes along.

We were just at Aulani and also resented that DVC passes have not offered a discount (just exclusive pins...). It's about time they finally offered this. Yay!

Also happy about the discount. Would love to take advantage of the ticket discount, but we don't go often enough for it to work for us. So glad we can get a discount even without an AP!

Please send your comments to member satisfaction and let them know. The easiest way is just to sign into the Member Website and click on Contact Us.

Others are sending complaints so I know they would appreciate knowing they we do appreciate the offer.

We personally will not benefit from this offer but that does not mean I am not thrilled for those that will. DVC has a huge membership, not everyone will benefit personally from everything they offer.

That's a great perspective!

We just renewed in June but we are going to still purchase another set. Just can't pass up on that price!
