We havent done this in a long time and Id say we are WAY over due!!

What are YOU thankful for today?

I am thankful for my husband :) My family, my job, that I can work from home and still enjoy my kids. that I am here and getting healthier, that I have all of the opportunities that I do.
I am thankful for my Church and my friends and that I have people like YOU in my life! :)

What are YOU thankful for?

I am thankful for my husband and my beautiful daughter and the love that I get from them. I am thankful for my family and friends. I am thankful that I have a nice home to live in, food on my table, clothes on my back and that we are able to give our daughter the things that she needs. I am thankful for my job, even though I complain about it somedays I know that in this day and age I am lucky to have a place to go to work. I am thankful that I live in a place where I can speak my mind and be open about my beliefs.

PS - I'm thankful to you Binny for starting this thread and reminding just how much I have to be thankful for :D

I am thankful that my husband has a job that pays well enough for me to stay at home. I am thankful the old house we rent is temporary. I am thankful my son has fianally stopped asking for money.

I'm thankful that my grandmother is finally doing better after many complications from a New Years Eve surgery. I'm thankful that my grandfathers' cancers were caught early and treatable (even though one of them lost and ear in the process and one is still undergoing treatment). I'm so thankful that I am being given the choice as to where to apply to college, and which colleges I look at, and that my parents are not opposed to my considering colleges outside of the state of NH. Most importantly I'm thankful that my mom, sister, grandparents and I are so close. And I am SO thankful for my best friend, because I do not know how I would have gotten through the past 8 months or so without her.

I'm thankful for my DH; that my folks are still with me and that we were able to move just around the corner from them 2 years ago. I am thankful that we are all in good health (fairly good health in the case of my parents).

I am thankful that I just got the opportunity to go full time at my job (and that it is a job I truly enjoy).

I am thankful for my church home, for the opportunity to finally play in a handbell choir!, and for both our choir director and our handbell director.

I am thankful for close friends and for family who are friends as well as family; also for our sweet pets (well, they are sweet most of the time! ;) ).

I am thankful for spring time - for the beautiful warm days, the flowers (in spite of the pollen... ) and the birds and squirrels who have a great time in our yard.

This is a great thread! Thanks, binny, for starting it. :sunny:

First and foremost I am thankful to God for getting me through the roughest two years of my life.

I am thankful for my child, who's face is a light of love and joy. His attitude and his positivity makes my days so much easier.

I am thankful for my sister, who though she drives us crazy, takes care of us like we were HER children.

I am thankful for my whole family, who have been through so much but managed to stay together because of the love my parents left us as a legacy.

I am thankful for a chance to glorify God at my new job and for the wonderful people I have the pleasure of working with everyday!

And I am thankful that I was raised by the most generous, loyal, kind and loving parents, who taught me and wrote me the book that everyone claims was not written when they were made parents!

thankful for DS
thankful that I dont have to go to work tomorrow

I am thankful for my wonderful DH.

I am thankful that we have a house that is paid for.

I am thankful that we both have decent paying jobs.

I am thankful that we can enjoy some of the great things in life like WDW vacations and cruises.

I am thankful that I live in a country that lets me be free.

I am thankful that I have the faith in God that I do.

I am thankful that I found this wonderful little piece of the internet called the DIS.::yes::

I'm thankful that I woke up this morning!

I'm thankful my family woke up this morning, too.:D
