Just wanted to thank you all for inspiring me to dig out my CROCK POT! Wow, what a treasure! I have used it for days now. I can prepare a meal in the morning when I've some fresh energy and enjoy the meal at the end of the day when I'm WIPED. I've also joined Weight Watchers again in an effort to lose this extra 35 pounds I've been carrying around, and using this crock pot has really helped me to stay on track. I can prepare a healthy meal when I'm less hungry- so I'm not tempted to eat something that is quick and less-healthy.
So if anyone has any good recipes... I'd be thrilled (of course, things that are WW friendly). I am not so crazy about red meat, pork or fish. I did make a beef stew yesterday to appease my husband who gets sick of chicken. I would love some more chicken recipes, mexican, italian....
