Hello
We'll be leaving tomorrow for our trip to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. It will be the four of us - me, DH, DD1 and DD2. DD1 is the birthday girl. Although it isn't a suprise, we've managed to keep a couple of things secret - we upgraded to first class on the Eurostar for the journey there and best of all - we're staying in DLH. We travel on Monday but we decided to stay overnight in Ashford on Sunday - not that we live that far away but we'll avoid the rush hour on Monday morning and it adds another day to the holiday!
I haven't posted much while I've been planning this trip but searching the board, I've managed to find answers to all the questions I've had and advice on things that I hadn't even thought of!
As you can tell, I'm not much of a poster but I just wanted to say that this board has been a great help to me and to thank you all very much.
I'll do my best to do a trip report when I get back!
