Thank you VMK! Mistake rectified!

Well I started a thread earlier and it turned into, well, it just got plain nasty. I want to say something about it.

My reason for starting that thread was a simple one. I had entered the competition, sent in all my information correctly and in a timely manner and yet we were declined. It seemed unfair to me since the rules clearly stated that the first 200 people registering correctly would be accepted. That is what it says!! That is not what happened to me.

Today, after being declined I was able to speak to Fin, I just wanted to let her know what happened because again, I did everything correctly and timely. She kindly listened to me. She did not offer promises, she just listened and agreed it was odd. Just knowing someone from VMK heard me and a message was not just being lost in the black hole made me feel better.

Later on in the evening I was lucky enough to get into HULA's game, this time just to try to win the pin, not to plead my case. Our team had accepted that an error was made and we were going to support the other teams and just move on.
Well, HULA was kind enough to let me know that my 'problem' was being looked into (not sure how it got to her but VERY EXTREMELY glad it did).


Anyway, we are IN! It was indeed a mistake, and I guess when VMK saw it, they were kind enough to correct it.


Thank you FIN and HULA! For listening and caring. I was definitely not feeling the love this morning. All my teammates do not even know we are in , cannot wait until they get that email!

I am not sure how that earlier thread got so ugly, but i wanted to share a bit of good news for a change!

Alot of times we complain and I wanted to be sure the THANK YOU was just as loud!!​

I'm so glad your problem was listened to and resolved. I think there might be a few teams in that situation, and it is nice to know your worries are over and you are IN!
