Thank you to wonderful CM!

Today we decided to change our package. We added an extra night and park day. The first time I called I spoke with an unfriendly CM that acted as though I was a bother. He told me I could not make any changes to the package because I had free dining. He said I could book a separate reservation for 1 night and then purchase 1 day tickets for our family of 5! OUCH!!! I told him no thank you. A few days ago I read that someone called several times before they finally got a CM to help in their situation. So before I got all ugly I just took a deep breath and made a second call. My next call connected me with a wonderful lady by the name of Vivian. She was kind and eager to help. I explained what I wanted to do, if it was possible and she said not a problem. The room reservation includes the same room. Tickets for all 5 of us. To my surprise she said we would also receive another night of free dining. I was totally shocked. I thought our free dining would expire the night we were originally scheduled to check out. She even showed interest in our children and made suggestions for their ages. She happily stated that "we(disney) are excited about your visit and want to do everything possible to make it magical" WOW! I'm impressed and we aren't even there yet! Best yet, the cost was actually less than I calculated. Thanks for the pixie dust!

Yes, the rule of thumb is, "If you don't get the right answer the first time, call back and speak to someone who know's what they're doing!" LOL. I"m so excited to see you on the boards. Especially since I'm at least *part* of the reason you decided to go...lol. I'm jealous that you get the free dining plan, but I did get a great rate, so I guess it all evens out.

I'm sorry you didn't get the dining, but your staying in AKL. It looks just beautiful. We'll have many stories to share. Yes, you are definately part of the reason we are going. We've been wanting to take the kids for so long. We never dreamed we would stay on property. I hope the weather cooperates. Glad to know you haven't changed plans due to weather. I dread talking to my in-laws. They'll think we're crazy for going when there's a storm in the Atlantic. Maybe we are crazy, crazy over a mouse!!!!!lol

This goes straight to our corporate offices and will look very good for her Plus it's such a fabulous thing to get! It really helps to know that people do appreciate the hard work. I try to give out pixie dust to everyone I speak with so I'm glad you got this fixed!
