I am a Magic Key Holder in CA and my service dog and I visit the parks once a week and have been going to Disney parks around the US for years. I'd heard a lot of scary stories about people being denied for the new DAS pass, which I've used for most of my life, and was concerned based on "everyone getting denied" I might be turned down. This post is really not so much about being thankful I was approved for it, though I am. I wish I had gotten the name of the female CM who helped us at the kiosk in the esplanade at Disneyland, but what really touched me was how respectful she was and mindful of my right to privacy (and my WISH for privacy.) The symptoms of my disabilities would seem quite "dramatic" and strange to most people if they knew what we were dealing with everyday -- and while the woman didn't know the nature of my illness at the beginning, she very quietly, lead me to a private area with her clipboard, far from the other people, and asked me about my difficulties in the parks. She behaved respectfully -- took me seriously, didn't laugh, didn't ask anything overly invasive or probing -- and she kept her voice down, simply talking to me like a normal person. I couldn't have appreciated it more. I plan to visit Guest Relations on Friday and explain how pleased I was by this experience. I only wish I could identify her to them so they would know who did such a great job. Cast members often have thankless jobs, but some are really worth their weight in gold. Thanks for letting me share.

Glad you had a good experience.
If you know the approximate time and have a general description of her appearance, you might still be able to get a compliment to her.
Besides going to Guest Relations, there is a place in the app to give Cast Compliments. From the Home page, choose the 3 line icon from the right of the bottom menu bar. Scroll down to HELP & FEEDBACK and look for CAST COMPLIMENTS. It looks pretty basic and I don't know if there is an option for typing in anything specific, but it's worth a tryIMG_4224.jpeg
