I just got back from a wonderful multi centre trip to California (including a few visits to DP and DCA) and I would like to publicly praise the CMs at Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure and the Resort Hotels we visited for some meals. I have visited Disneyland Paris six times and WDW twice and have met some really cheerful and friendly CMs but California really is top of the tree for helpful!
My DS has multiple hidden disabilities which can make travel and new experiences difficult. I have never been anywhere that accomodated his needs better or where the Magic was more tangible.
In particular, a CM helped us to enjoy Magical (the fireworks) and it truly was magical for us! Joey, if you should read these boards please know that you gave us memories that are priceless. Any other CMs reading - you are part of a wonderful team and you gave us so much more than just theme park fun with your kind words and helpful advice. Thank you all

Very cool!

Just in case you didn't think to do it, the CMs love it when you actually let Disneyland know of particular CMs who helped. I don't know what they "get" for it, but I know it helps them!

I did pop into City Hall on my last day and reel off a list of CMs names and what they did that made our time there special. It is only right that these CMs should get something back for making the time we spend there precious. My DS is 14 and has never enjoyed a holiday so much - he really understood what Walts dream was this time :thumbsup2

Rosie, that sounds so awesome. I also love to hear trip reports like that. Thanks so much for sharing it with us. :thumbsup2

Am I the only one that gets misty eyed reading a post like that? I know ...I'm goofy. It seems to me that it is often the little things that matter so much. Thank you for sharing and for letting City Hall know about the CMs that made your trip magical

This is so great!
Reporting the CM's really does help them, it goes in their file and sometimes, they are singled out in bigger ways. Recently, a wonderful letter was written about the Main Street Pianist. Shortly after it was received, Cast TV was sent to film him in action. It was a really big deal and he was SO thrilled! They give so much of themselves, it's so nice to know we can help even in small ways to give something back!

Keep reporting good CM stories to City Hall or wherever possible!!! :goodvibes
