TJ is the cast member who I had on the phone for close to an hour yesterday.

I was making my reservation for VWL for December. The trip could be bittersweet - it will be our new granddaughter's first trip - (she arrives in July) and the army's schedule for our son seems to have him deploying in late January. My member account is crazy with banked, borrowed and transferred in points and trying to do the right allocations to make this vacation happen.

TJ made the notation on my reservation that we would have a newborn with us so to please put us in a room far from the construction so the baby could have her naps. He then told me that if this vacation was not able to happen because the army changes the plans for my son to call back member services and they would try to do whatever was possible to try to accommodate our plan changes.

I have almost always gotten good service from the cast members at DVC member services, but TJ went above and beyond my expectations.
 
Make sure you send this to information to the member satisfaction e-mail address on the website.
You might want to call back to MS and let a supervisor know that way TJ can be properly rewarded for his efforts.
