Thanks to all of you who suggested I email the concierge planning office. They've been a great help and very quick about it. They've taken care of my CP package for 12/14 as well as our MVMCP tickets and the got me a PS for LTT before which I tried to get last week on my own and couldn't.
I knew I was late making our PS plans due to our battles with hurricanes and trying to get our life back together.
They've really come through and I'm even more excited!
