I don't work at the Pop Century, but thank you for remembering them Mareejen. I suspect that the Pop Century and the All Stars are where Disney should place their best cast members.

I have heard the Disney value resorts called the Disney Housing Projects and the Motel 6 of Disney in a tone that even in print sounds like a sneer. Dealing with concierge customers is probably much easier because there are so few of them. It is dealing with the public in a high-volume environment that requires some serious customer service skills because the workers never get a moment to rest their minds from the last incident before being presented with another one. The sheer numbers of guest that the budget motels are dealing with means that somebody wants something all of the time and more often than not several guests all at the same time.
