I just got off the phone a short while ago (5:30 PM) with a CM from the Poly. I had asked her whether the Poly beach was wheelchair accessible... we're meeting friends for dinner at 'Ohana and thought we might catch Wishes from the beach afterward. I wasn't sure if my friend, who drives a power chair, would be able to access that area.
Well, the CM told me she wasn't sure and then put me briefly on hold. When she got back on, she told me that one of the other CMs had gone outside and run all the way down to the beach to find out for sure! Another few moments on hold, and then she came back on to tell me that it was not.
I was disappointed to learn that the area for fireworks viewing was not accessible for my friend, but so very touched that the staff cared enough to check it out personally so I had the correct information.
Thanks for going that one extra step for me!
