A sincere thank you to Pete and the rest of the team for allowing us to watch the podcast recording at Il Mulino at the Swan Tuesday afternoon. Everyone was busy, but you all found the time to stop and say hello, or sit down and talk with us for a while. (You even let us participate in the food tasting during the show! What a great time! Thank you again, everyone. It was a pleasure to meet (and SEE) you all!
