We have had THE BEST stretch of winter weather here in Maine (in the Bangor/Brewer area anyway)! We havent' had a significant snow fall since February- I think the BEGINNING of February at that! There is NO SNOW in the extended forecast- and the high today is supposed to be 68*! Winter is usually so brutal for us......... and it's not unusual for us to not see 60* until May.........

Yeah!

We are in CT and we also had very few snow storms this year. I think we only got a foot on snow at one time once?

Yesterday was 72 degrees and today is supposed to be 73! I think the norm is in the 50's for this time of year. I will take it while it lasts!

Exactly! And even if we get more snow- it won't last... storms this time of the year are hit and run...... they hit and then melt....

I agree! I've really enjoyed this brutal canadian winter! We have no snow already (normally doesn't happen till closer to mid april) and there is nothing but a flurry or two of wet snow in the forecast!

I was talking to a guy who ran the WDW Marathon in January & he told me they had snowflakes in Orlando one day!

Hey Mermaid2...I know! The weather here has been fantastic! I'm in the Bangor/Brewer area too. Everyone says, "Oh, we'll get another big blizzard before it's all over", but I hope not! But even if we do, it won't last long at this point. Yea Spring!

I KNOW, it's terrific, isn't it? DS is playing in an outdoor soccer tournament in Epping, NH this weekend (we're getting ready to head out in a few minutes), and when we first got the schedule, we were anticipating HORRIBLE weather, cold, snow, wind, etc. I cannot believe the weather we're in for. 70s today, and 50s and sunny tomorrow!!! Good stuff indeed for the boys playing.
