In our quest to take firework photos at the Magic Kingdom we have run into many problems. Last Monday we had a fast pass for Wishes. As soon as we could enter the reserved section we set up our tripod against the fence and near a trash can so that we would be out of other guests way. There was some confusion with Castmembers about the tripod size and use. Mary Kate resolved these issues quickly. She was very professional, friendly and a true asset to Disney. Other guests in our area were also commenting on her enthusiasm and helpfulness. Thank you Mary Kate. You helped make our vacation a much better experience this time.
