Thank you Lost and Found!

We were at DW during the July 4th week and misplaced an autograph book in HS. As a PSA, the character handlers like to take your book so that it's not being held during pictures. We forgot to get it and went on our way. Even though my DD daughter didn't put her name it it, her book was located and sent to her, arriving in the mail yesterday.

Awesome job Disney and thank you to the CMs for keeping the magic alive!

That's awesome! When we went to DW back in 2007, my daughter lost her stuffed cat. I think she might have left it on a tram. When we got home from the trip we called lost and found and they were actually able to locate her cat and they mailed it back to us (free of charge). It was amazing!

Our baby threw DH's sunglasses out of our doombuggy at DL this past March. DH went back to the ride later to see if they'd been able to retrieve them yet, but no luck; also tried lost & found. I thought they were gone, but Disney mailed them to us. They got to our house before we even returned from our trip! (Free of charge.) I was very impressed.

on our trip in april of this year I set my brand new camera on top of a pressed penny machine at Rafiki's Animal planet and some wonderful peson turned it in. I was ready to cry, not so much for the camera but for the 2 days of photos already on it. It made me believe in the magic of good people in this world

I had to carry my mom's iphone 6+ with me because it was also our business phone and she was on a cruise. I took my sister behind Space Mountain to the smoking area and took it out of my backpack to check it and sat it on top of a trash can. We then left and got on the train. That is when I realized that I left it back on the trash can. I was in a panic because my mom was going to kill me, she just bought that phone etc. Well I tracked it and saw it was at the front of the park. I got off the train in the front and went to City Hall. They had it! A custodian found it and turned it in. I was so happy! Of course I never mentioned it to my mom though.

My dgd left her ears and autograph book in our resort room. Mickey found them and sent them back before we even realized where they were left.
