My 60+ day is coming up next week for Fast Pass and I want to make sure I will be allowed to make 60 day FAST PASS reservation for all 5 people in my family. Will it let me
Yes. The FP FAQ Sticky describes your grouping in the Booking section.

Sounds weird but I have 3 little kids so I booked a room which has max occupancy of 4 for our family of 5. When I linked my hotel reservation to My Disney Experience, it allowed me to put 4 people to my Hotel Reservation. I have 5 Them Park tickets so I have all 5 people linked to my'Family/Friends'.

My 60+ day is coming up next week for Fast Pass and I want to make sure I will be allowed to make 60 day FAST PASS reservation for all 5 people in my family. Will it let me or will it restrict me to make 60 day Fast Pass for only 4 people listed in my Hotel Reservation? I do not know if Fast Pass 60 day looks at my Resort linked page and who's staying or only looks at the Family/Friends list.

Any thoughts?

You should be able to make FP+ for anyone in your MDE that has valid ticket media linked to their profile. That being said, you need to list everyone on the reservation who is staying in your room regardless of age. If you have tickets for all 3 of your kids, that leads me to believe they are all at least 3 or over which means you cannot be in a room that has an occupancy of 4. Everyone has to be listed, otherwise, those not listed cannot utilize Magical Express, EMH, will not get a Magic Band, etc. Not to mention it's against WDW rules.

Agreed. Plus, there are tons of rooms at WDW that sleep 5, so really no excuse. Better to book one of those now at a discounted rate than wait and be forced by the hotel to switch rooms and pay rack rate because you exceed your room occupancy.

Normally you can only book FP+ 60 days out if you have a resort reservation. With only 4 people on the reservation only they are able to make it 60 days out the last one is not. The one not on the reservation will have to wait until 30 days out.

As other have stated the last person will not get a magic band(maybe not a problem as you can use an old one), EMH, DME and as mentioned above the 60 FP+ reservation window.

The last person are able to be added as a day guest once you check in to get access to the room, however the person is not allowed to stay the night.

If you have a WDW resort reservation, you can still make FP+ at 60 days for Friends and Family listed in your MDE account even if they aren't listed on the reservation as long as those people have valid ticket media linked to their profiles and you, initially, make the same FP+ for them as you are making for someone listed on the reservation. For example, if a family is staying at WDW, but grandma lives close by and wants to join them for the day (but isn't staying in the room), they can make FP+ for grandma at 60 days as long as she is in the MDE account and has a ticket linked to her.

If OP has 5 guests all ages 3 and up (which they do - their children are between the ages of 8 to 10 as noted on another thread), they will not be able to add a day guest to a max occupancy 4 room and, if they attempt to put 5 people in that room, they risk being thrown out of the resort in addition to not having EMH, DME and a magic band for the 5th guest. This thread is all about circumventing WDW rules to get 5 people in a max 4 occupancy room - against DIS board rules if I'm reading them correctly.
