I just want to take a moment to thank all the Dis parents who recomended Ear Planes to us!! They worked like a charm for my DD5 and even my husband. He has difficulty with air pressure on planes and always has an ear ache after decending. We just came back from WDW this past Tues. and he had NO problems what so ever and swears by them!!!!! We bought the CVS brand for $5 and worth every penny. :thanks:

Could you please explain what these are, how they work, etc. I have ear pain and so does my dd when flying! TIA!

Ear Planes are rubber-like or silicone ear plugs that fit right into your ear (not too far into the ear) and are designed to relieve air pressure throughout the whole flight. One pair lasts one round trip. They are costly, so buy generic from a pharmacy or maybe a grocery store. Look for the generic that says "compare to Ear Planes". The name brand will cost about $8 a box. The generic from CVS costed $5 a box. They have child size plugs too!! :thumbsup2

I am glad they worked for you. They really helped my DS last year as well.
