Thank you for volunteering email....could vouchers follow soon after?

We did 10 blankets for Linus Project in Oneida , New York. I originally had a finishing date of March 31 ( not knowing they were so fast to complete). We finished them early and sent them to the address they specified. The coordinator emailed me an said to change my finish date to February 20, so could could credit us right away. So I did.
We received an email from Disney ( with a Muppet Eagle photo) thanking us for volunteering. No vouchers yet.
I know it can take up to 2 weeks to get the vouchers. But my questions are:

If we got the thank you email from Disney, the coordinator must have told Disney, right?
Does that mean that the vouchers will come soon after that thank you email?

Thanks for the info. I just kind of wondered what the time frame was for others that did their blankets through this agency also.

When you logged back on to the Hands on site under manage my account, it should have a message there for you now. Hopefully it says "verifiying information" if so, then your vouchers are on the way and that same wording will say "print vouchers". So log on and check there too as it will help in the waiting. I got mine 2 days after the volunteer service at Habitat. Of course the entire Disney website seems to be off line now, so you may have to wait to get on to the site.

The date of the volunteer opportunity has passed. Verification that the volunteer has completed their activity may take up to 2 weeks.

I just checked and my account says "pending verification". The coordinator received them (box had a delivery confirmation)and she was the one that told me to change the day to Feb 20th so she could credit me quicker.
I just wrote her an email to follow through on it.

Wow, that is a long time. No suggestions here. I guess I was very lucky and had a coordinator who knew her stuff. We didn't even do the volunteer work at Habitat the day we signed up. They were closed because of a blizzard and we showed up a couple of days later. She back dated it to the original date. Good luck! We leave on Saturday the 6th, but not using the voucher until our April trip when the AP expires.

I never got an email, but I logged back into my GAD account about a week after volunteering and could print the vouchers from there. Don't know why I never got an email.....

We volunteered last Saturday and just got an e-mail this morning that our vouchers were ready to print. I had checked last night and the pending status was still there. I had also received an e-mail for Habitat from Humanity as well yesterday - so I knew it had to come soon.

We handed in our blankets this past Saturday, two weeks before our orginal completion date. I went into the GAD site on Saturday, changed our date to Sunday, and got our vouchers this am. The Project Linus Coordinator said she gets automatic emails when the volunteer date has passed, she then just has to verify but submitting an email. She did say it could take up to two weeks once she verifies but it only took three days for us.

I'm the OP , and I finally got my vouchers today! That means it took 5 days for me to receive the vouchers after the blankets were received by the Onieda Linus Project. I am doing a relieved happy dance.
