I can't tell you how much we enjoyed doing business with FL Tours.
We were due to arrive in Orlando on 8/13 and we had made arrangements for the limo to pick us up on the morning of 8/14 at the Embassy Suites Orlando Airport. Unfortunately, due to hurricane Charley, our flight out of LAX was cancelled and we didn't arrive until Sunday 8/15. When I called Andy to let him know of the last minute change, he didn't skip a beat and told us it wouldn't be a problem whatsoever. He really eased my nerves with what was already a stressful situation. As promised, our driver was waiting at the bottom of the escalator. To my surprise, Andy was there too. I'm sure things were chaotic for hi as well having to deal with everyone's itinerary changes, but he seemed to be taking it in stride. He's one of the nicest people you could hope to meet and is a genuine individual. Both the driver and Andy helped us with our luggage and got us off to a great start. The limo was a surprise for my three boys and my husband was in on the whole thing. They were shocked to see that we would be arriving at the Beach Club Resort in style. The limo was fully stocked with cold beverages and there was an assortment of DVDs for the kids to watch while we did our grocery stop. When I was first planning our trip, I couldn't decide between going with a van or spring for the limo, but I'm glad I spent the extra $$ because it was totally worth it. I recommend it if you can swing it!
On Monday 8/23, the limo was there again to transfer us to the Hard Rock Hotel which was another surprise for the boys. Once again, we received excellent service.
I know I'm going to sound like an infomercial, but I sincerely recommend FL Tours. They handled a difficult situation with the utmost professionalism. I'd like to give my personal thanks to Andy. I truly appreciate that he was at the airport to make sure everything went smoothly for us and feel that he went the extra mile. Hopefully there will be another trip to WDW in the near future and I know I'll be calling Andy again.
