She works in the food court at Port Orleans French Quarter and what a wonderful lady she is. So kind and thoughtful and caring. EXACTLY what a Disney cast member should be...I hope, hope, hope that she's still working there when I go back, I love to see her!

I too have met Ethel at Port Orleans when traveling last to WDW. She was most helpful in finding us a table in the lounge area for breakfast in the mornings to accomodate my mom's wheelchair and our large party. If only there were more cast members like her!
