Just found out that our offer through the Timeshare Store was approved by ROFR. It took about 4 weeks, but it was for 300 pts at OKW @ $65 / point plus pro-rated maintenance for this year's points. The gentleman at the Timeshare Store was very surprised that Disney did not exercise their ROFR right. He had even suggested to us that we offer more than was being asked when we submitted our initial offer. We are existing DVC Members with 3 contracts, so he thought maybe that may have helped us on this. Whatever it was, we're delighted to get these additional points at OKW.
