This is beyond late but I wanted to say THANK YOU to the Cast members who were working the week we were there in August (21-27). My daughter was able to open the park on our first day which kicked off the trip in the most amazing way possible. On the Sunday of us driving from MA to Orlando, my husband's grandmother passed away. It was heartbreaking but we were told not to turn around. Our daughter spent most of our drive through Virgina, crying. Grandma wanted us to go and was very excited for us to have finally booked our trip and to be going. She would have been extremely annoyed with us if we didn't go because of her.

Cabana Bay was amazing and completely went above our already excited expectations. Thank You for the room upgrade.

Thank you to everyone who makes Universal run. Also, a big shout out to those who make churros happen. She became addicted!
