......because United didn't contact me.
I really cannot stand United airlines but that's beside the point.
I called to schedule ME with Member Services and when I gave her my flight number, she said okay leaving at 2:57 pm. I said oh, no, we're set to leave at 5:30 pm. She told me to get on United with her on the phone and check. Sure enough, United changed my flight unbeknownst to me. Thank goodness MS informed me.
Just wanted to share. She was great.
We're only flying United because we had vouchers from DH's previous United fiasco at LaGuardia.
