We havent done this in a long time.

Here is my list to start....

I have so much to be thankful for!

I am thankful for my family, my church and my faith.
I am thankful that I have a roof over my head, food in my pantry, and a furnace that works!
I am thankful that I have good kids who love me and a husband who does too.
I am thankful for all my "kids" at church :) They have taught me so much this year ( and I Thought *I* was supposed the teacher!)
I am thankful that all in all it has been a good year and what wasnt good, we survived.
I am thankful that we lived through our car accidents and that no one was seriously hurt.
I am thankful for another year with my family, that we didnt lose anyone close to us this year.
I am thankful that my friends and neighbour all made it home from war safely.
I am thankful that I have my good friends here and elsewhere and I pray that you all have a safe and happy year.

:)

There is much more but that is the top of the list :)

What are YOU thankful for this year?

Good idea, binny.

I'm thankful that my wonderful daughter is back home where she belongs & that I have a teenager who actually likes to hang out with her mom.

I'm thankful for my husband--he was gone for a week and I missed him dreadfully and I'm very appreciative of all he does for me on a daily basis.

I'm thankful that my mom is in good health and independent.

I'm thankful for my extended family--my sister, my niece and her family, and my nephew and his wife. They make our lives so much richer just by being there.

I'm thankful that dh got back ok from his mother's funeral in England. I'm so sorry that a wonderful lady is gone but I'm glad that she's not in pain anymore. Although there have been some rifts in the family, they put their differences aside and pulled together to help their dad.

I'm thankful for our beautiful home and for the fact that we have savings in the bank.

I'm thankful for the new addition to our family--our golden retriever puppy, Sunny. I will be incredibly thankful once she gets past her chewing stage. :teeth:

What a great idea!

I'm thankful for my children - they are such a joy - and they get along more often than not! ;) It is soooo nice watching them develop a love for each other.

I'm thankful for my community - we are blessed to have such wonderful neighbors and made some good friends that really make it fun to live here.

I'm thankful for my family in New England (the key here being that they ARE in NE!!) ;)

I'm thankful that the relationship we have with DH's sis and her DH has improved over time and that they are really good people who love our children as much as we do. They will be good parents someday.

I think I'm mostly thankful for my DH - who is absolutely the best guy on earth and he's mine!

:)

I'm thankful that, even though we had a rough time at the beginning of the year with a job loss, that it turned out better than we could have hoped with an amazing job for DH.

I'm thankful for my wonderful DH who puts up with so much from me.

I'm thankful that my insurance company approved my IVF without a fight.

I'm thankful that my father came through his surgery and is doing well.

I'm thankful for my fantastic parents who are willing to take time off of work to drive me back from the hospital after my procedures so DH doesn't have to take too much time off from the fairly new job.

I'm thankful for my wonderful doctor who always lifts my spirits when I think I've had enough. I'm also thankful for her medical assistant who manages to get blood from me when I think I'm tapped out!

I'm thankful my Nana didn't suffer TOO much when she died this year. It was horrible, but it was over in 24 hours.

I'm thankful for my 3 terrific kitties who always manage to put a smile on my face - even when I'm sitting on the couch crying my eyes out.

It's been a hard year, but I have so much to be thankful for....I just need a little shove to remember that sometimes. :goodvibes

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

i am thankful for my dh and my friends and family.
i am thankful that we have a good income and can afford to do so many of the extras that we do.
i am thankful that my dh and i are both relatively healthy.

happy thanksgiving!

I have so much to be thankful for! I couldn't possibly list everything but here are some of the things:

I am thankful for my church.

I am thankful for my kids and husband. I am very thankful that we are healthy. My DH came into my life when I had 2 toddlers. He's raised them and we are raising our 3rd son together. He is the best dad and we are truly lucky.

I am also thankful for my extended family including my dad, sister, brother and their kids.

I am thankful that I have a house in a town that I love and that we have jobs. We may not be thrilled with the jobs but we are working and I do receive benefits. We have always been able to put food on the table and our kids have been able to lead a very comfortable life.

I am thankful that my friend at the OC Humane Society called me in August and talked me into taking home 2 sweet little Siamese sisters. They are now 5 months old and helped us get over the hurt of losing Mogwi and Trixie.

I am thankful that we could afford to join DVC and are able to visit WDW at least twice a year.

There is so much more.
