tgv the train to disney from cdg , help and info please

hi there, was wondering if anyone could help, my friend said the train is really easy to catch from cdg to disney what do you think as i believe it only takes 10mins to get there , the price seems alot though i went on one of the web sites listed at top of page and it came out at £110 , though it was cheap going by train! there also dosen't look many trains going we are landing on 7/01/07 at 12pm but looks like the nxt train isn't till 1345hr any help please

Yes, the train is very quick, but you have to take into account the time that it takes to get over to the station, plus any waiting time - it sounds like you could have quite a bit of that.

The TGV is the quickest way to get from CDG to DLP, but only if you don't have to wait long for the next train.

1) factor in the time to get to the station; if you don't land at T2 you get to take one of the shuttle busses and tootle around the scenic CDG area before your train trip

2) I posted earlier this fall that booking off www.sncf.fr is the way to go - the websites selling rail tickets do a huge markup. You can book in English on sncf.fr if you don't know French. Prices start around 14 Euros depending on the time of day/day of week.

Also, the train station is quite large so you could use the wait time to freshen up and have a decent lunch before your train trip; that way you will be all set to hit the parks soon after you arrive!
