Just got back from Canada where I froze. Wife just landed back in Canada this evening after being in Florida, it's a mess there and a shock going from 80 to 0. I'm staying put for a few weeks.

Meh, we can't really complain this year. The climate in Alberta is vastly different than Ontario; we've been having a very, very mild winter compared to our normal, until last week.

My plan is pretty much the lack of plans! Sleep as late as I want tomorrow, we will go out to dinner and a movie later in the evening. My favorite kind of weekend

Friday: DS7 was in dodgeball tournament (school fundraiser) where he was beaned in the head by a kid two grades older than him. He decided dodgeball wasn't for him.
Saturday: DS11 is taking the PSAT 8/9 and there's an open house at our old house. We really need to sell it.
Sunday: We're having our realtor and her family over for brunch. DS7 is friends with her son. That afternoon I'm going to see former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright speak about the rise of fascism.

Friday: DD20 came home. Went to the last regular season home basketball game and listened to DD17's choir group sing the anthem as they always do. Getting through some lasts this senior year.
Saturday: DD17 at jazz choir and DH working. When DD20 gets out of bed we can hang out
Sunday: Church and a senior picture session

Friday night: Went to bed at 8 pm because I’m dealing with a horrible cold.

Saturday: Despite said cold, headed to the ice rink for 7 a.m. ( I’m a coach), then to an outdoor exhibition after that where some of our skaters were performing. It was a balmy three degrees. Met my dad for lunch, will soon be taking my oldest to ballet. Then a appreciation party tonight at the theater I’m involved with...looking forward to unwinding with a few drinks, and watching karaoke. I refuse to get up and sing since I’m still dealing with the cold.

Sunday: Sleep in, be lazy all day, then head to the rink to teach from 5-8:30.

Pretty typical weekend here!
