Woohoo, it's Friday at last!!! This has been a loooooong week.

I have a new colleague who sits across from me and she has negative comments about everyone & everything!! The catering isn't any good, the people in our other office talk funny, the people in her former office looked funny, people with snakes as pets are freaks.. honestly yesterday I almost said: "If you ever say anything nice about someone I'll fall off my chair!!"

Behind me my colleague is on holiday and her temp is someone who is the opposite: a real mumsy type - don't worry everything will turn out ok. If you said my cat's died, she'd say ah that's sad, but don't worry... etc."" It's all nicey nicey. gives me the heebiejeebies!!

Me, I'm just a grumpy old woman, who likes a bit of sarcasm/cynism now and then but also has certain colleagues she enjoys talking to But now I'm just glad I've only got 4 more weeks to go!! With a bit of luck I'll get the definite offer from the new job application on Monday, and after the it's water off a ducks back hopefully!!

Oh Aruna, I know exactly what you mean, one of colleagues is so negative he's not even in the 'glass is half empty' category, he's more like 'the glass was never full now its broken and I've cut myself' category. You know the type, if you've got a headache, he's got a brain tumour. ah well, it takes every type to make the world go round.
