We have never been to a chain Brazilian steakhouse, only local ones in the NYC area. Three out of 4 of us will eat everything - son will enjoy salad bar, but the meat experience will be lost on him. Both kids would fall under the half price option. Any reason to choose one over the other?

We have been to both, and they are very similar (and very comparable) dining experiences. I liked the hot sides at Texas de Brazil slightly more than Fogo, but our service at Fogo was slightly better than Texas de Brazil.

Texas de Brazil was a bit more out of the way (further up I Drive), if that is a concern.

If you have a Sam's Club membership, you can get discounted gift cards for both ($100 in gift cards for $79.98).
